Joyagoo's published shopping flow starts with a product link, continues through purchasing and seller delivery, then moves to warehouse QC, storage and international parcel submission. Use the live account status at every step.
Follow the order status
The official guide separates Purchased, Seller Sent, Stock Arrived and QC Completed. Seller dispatch speed is controlled by the seller, so an order can remain Purchased while the agent follows up.
Review QC within the live window
Joyagoo says the warehouse takes several product photos after arrival. Its return policy currently describes a five-day window after QC completion, subject to return eligibility and the live return button.
Store, consolidate and submit
The official help center lists 90 days of free item storage. When acceptable items are stored, select them for a parcel, compare the routes shown for that destination and product mix, then choose packaging and insurance options.
