Joyagoo says it checks items after warehouse arrival and provides several product photos. Those photos help with visible review; they are not a durability, fit or authenticity guarantee.
Inspect visible construction
Use front, back, side and close-up views. Look for asymmetry, stains, damage, loose stitching and missing pieces.
Compare measurements
A printed size label is not enough. Use available garment or insole measurements and compare them with something that already fits.
Use the five-day window
Joyagoo's current return policy says eligible requests must be submitted within 120 hours after status changes to QC Completed. Confirm that the return button is available and review seller-specific eligibility before acting.
