Joyagoo states that international freight varies by destination, route, actual packed weight and parcel dimensions. For some routes, the greater of actual and volumetric weight becomes the chargeable weight.
Volumetric weight
Joyagoo publishes the general formula length × width × height in centimeters divided by 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 or 8,000, depending on the logistics provider and route. Always use the divisor shown for the live route.
Estimated vs actual billing
The warehouse weighs and measures the parcel after packing; the logistics provider may later adjust the billing weight. Joyagoo describes the first parcel amount as an estimate rather than a guaranteed final charge.
Route and packaging fit
Compare product eligibility, tracking, insurance, dimension limits and compensation rules. Rehearsal packing is currently listed as a paid service that updates parcel weight and shipping cost before dispatch.
